  • Dual battery smart isolator is an isolator that protects the main battery, when your car has two kinds of batteries, one is the driving battery that comes with our car itself, and the other is the living electricity that we installed later. 
  • Two additional common isolators include: a dual battery isolator which operates when the main battery is low, automatically disconnecting it from the backup battery to allow car starting, and a driving generator which charges the driving battery while driving and, once fully charged, switches to charge the life battery through the dual battery isolator with its one-way output function.

    Product Description

    Usage scenario

    • Trucks, ATVs, UTVs, SUVs, vans, boats.

    Main Functions:

    Check the main battery voltage first, a 12V system shows a voltage reading below 16V, and a 24V system shows a voltage reading above 17V.

    • When the voltage is detected to be higher than 13.5V (or 27V) after starting the car engine, the isolator will start after 5 seconds, and the voltmeters of the main battery and the backup battery are displayed as normal, and it is normal for the two voltmeters to have errors.
    • When the voltmeters of the main and backup batteries show that the voltage is below 13V (26V) for ten minutes, the isolator will be disconnected immediately when it is below 12.5V (25V). When disconnected, the voltmeter flashes.
